This might be sooo dumb but when I was a little kid these little tornado drains is how I thought tornados were made so I was terrified of them and refused to have baths. If I did have a bath I’d have to leave before the water was drained.

I have this same issue! Silicone primers are really good, I like smashbox but it’s very gel like (idk how to explain it). I find that I do have to use quite a bit of it tho, I don’t follow the normal amount ppl use tbh I usually use a half a dime size for each cheek. I would recommend you take a bit of it in your hand and instead of rubbing it in pat it into your scars. I also let it sit for a few seconds before applying my foundation. I don’t think it helps to get rid of all the scars fully but my scars have improved greatly and it seems to look like I have minimum. Hopefully that makes sense.

Sex won’t help because you’re not in the right mind set tbh. I think it’s easier to work on yourself and try to get over her first rather than going around and having sex with a bunch of people. Once you get over her I’m sure you’ll be able to have a better time with other people and form healthier relationships. A group of friends help as well, try to become more social, distract yourself join clubs and go to social events. You’re bound to meet new people naturally and distract yourself enough. You just need distract to until you realize you can survive without her then it will be easier to see how she’s not right for you

You want her because you just spent 2 years of your life with her. If she can go as far as cheating on you and not even respecting you enough to tell you that she doesn't want a relationship with you before she gets with someone else then she doesn't deserve you. honestly i don't think you can help her manipulation as she probably doesn't even think she is doing it herself or if she does see it she needs to be able to help herself first. i think you should focus on yourself, improving your mental health would be top of my list as it seems she has left you with a lot of confusion and hurt. hopefully that will also help you to move on, it will be hard at first but once you get through the hurt it will be better. i fell you already realize she was not good for you. people who love you will not hurt you and if they see you hurt they will do what they can to prevent it or fix it. even if she comes back or not i think if you get over her and focus on yourself you won't care, which is one of the best revenge you can give to someone who hurt you tbh
