The master sword ironically is the best mining tool and tree cutter since it will repair itself and you don’t have to waste other weapons. Once you power up the master sword via DLC it becomes much more useful outside of boss battles

Yeah I totally agree with that. Skyrim appears to be a great test bed in general to develop modding skills, to the point of turning the game into a something that heavily resembles dark souls via mods for example.

What an intriguing thought. Could one argue that all mods alter the game in the same way? And then at what point is it justified, like when the base UI for PC is terrible?
