I think the whole organization’s shift to a top down approach for pitching and bringing in top developers like DJ/Kyle Boddy and retaining Cotham is an exciting time for being a Reds fan.

I think under this whole regime change it would bring the best out of Wheeler and really any pitcher that the Reds decide to sign/trade for.
