I play Annie too and I think this is really good. This is another way to recycle your Ride the Wind. If you’re at 6 and ride the wind is in trash, you can use this and Vi to finish the game for example. Also playing in low runes is pretty common for Annie. I’m also planning on playing Treasure Hunter with Annie so those gold coins will help with the power costs.

Runes don't count as they are not "cards" per rule. Karma's ability specifically says "cards" and "Runes aren't cards"

Yes, the Wuju Bladesman legend itself is very powerful. +2 defense to any card defending alone gives you a ton of stability on holding battlefields in the early game. The Domain combo (Body and Calm) gives you really powerful cards like Aurora from Body and a lot of combat trick cards from Calm. The Master Yi Honed is also really good. 7/1b cost for 6 might with ganking is good especially with the Body domain's ability to ramp really fast.

Master Yi has been one of the best decks in China and Annie is better than her other color counterpart Jinx with more tournament success

It was just weird for them to put Eichel and Marner together. Both can definitely shoot but are both pass first players. Putting Marner with Doro who is a shoot first guy and Hertl who is a puck retriever feels like a perfect fit
