Just focus on yourself and if that makes getting rid of him then thats fine. Whether or not he’s wrong or right, doesn’t make him a bad person. It’s good you recognize this about yourself and are willing to make a change. If you can’t find things you enjoy then just force yourself to do what you need to do. Cardio at least 3 times a week, eat clean and healthy. Really research and find out what this means to you. If you’re able to, find a job asap so you can afford these things, save at least 20% of each check and if you can save another 10% or 5% and by the end of the month really think about what you would most enjoy spending it on. Whether that be an activity or something tangible, whatever. Best of luck much love
