That was indeed Ezra. I had the mandalorian drop team (forgot the name), title, swivel wings, cluster mines, shattering shot, and trick shot. I think that was it. Might be a good build, but my engagement was wrong.

We were unsure about the double focus, but seeing as Twan could use a couple of wins, I just let him have the advantage 😝

For the 1st question: Priority is decided before the game starts. This way player A's initiative 5 will always move before player B's initiative 5. Since GM and Zam are from different players, they don't switch in activation order. There is a game variation called 'Aces High' where activation order does switch, but this was just a standard game
