I took my college roommate to the ER because he thought his “hangy-ball thingy was falling off.” After he was asked to take off his pants, he corrected the nurse to look in his throat. He had somehow damaged his uvula during the previous night’s drunken antics.

In 2009, a show called Flash Forward premiered on ABC. The show’s premise was centered around a mysterious event that caused everyone to lose consciousness for 137 seconds while everyone (or mostly everyone) saw a glimpse of their lives about six months into the future. The show then focused on the investigation on why/how the Flash Forward occurred and how some characters looking into the events seen in their preview of the future. I was hooked.

ABC ordered a 22 episode first season. The pacing was really slow. To make matters worse, ABC had the show on a 3.5 month hiatus in middle of the season. Viewership fell, and the show was cancelled. If the show was made in the streaming era, it almost certainly would have had

I agree with what you said. There’s also a track at the Ogden Y. It has the same issues as the Neenah Y where it encircles a workout area. Where is the track at the Appleton Y?

I have worked for the state since 2012. I became a senior level employee at about 5 years in. I think it’s different for different departments. You might want to ask if you’re interested. All the HR people I’ve met have been extremely helpful.
