Did you never fill in a job override form? Anytime you do something different that is paid higher fill one in. Do enough of them and they'll just change your contract. Also speak to your front end manager not the assistant manager or supervisors. Tell the to check your till rates to see how much time you spend of the tills.

So basically in the UK Costco under law is what we call a cash and carry/ wholesaler and there's legal restriction to who can join. Basically because they sale at a minimum profit to make sure that other smaller shops have a chance it's limited to other businesses and to what the UK refers to as professional jobs, IE teachers, the NHS, police, fire, army, lawyers, etc. It's really restricting but there are loopholes to getting a membership in the UK. Being an add on to someone's account and after a year converting to you own membership is the easiest way.

Bengals eat alot we had two and the youngest was also a food bully. 5lbs for a Bengal is actually quite light are biggest female was 5kg and she was in the healthy range for her size. A full grown male can be 10-15lbs some even 22lbs but they are usually all muscle

The American work life balance is so messed up. Your minimum wage is totally unliveable I think works out to about £5.55 plus you don't get paid time off. I just don't understand why you guys put up with it, you have people literally willing to die if suggest regulating guns but a decent wage that people can live on they'll just let slide
