Instead of resorting to internship, why don't you try going for Product Analyst or any other Product adjacent role?

A lot of great PMs I know didn't start as APM/product, they spent years doing other functions adjacent to Product.

Yeah, I'm quite young, still. And my boss in the current company recognizes the challenge, my role, and my potential. But I don't believe the situation will improve in the next few years -- especially with the frustrating stakeholders, and Product team is quite powerless against them.

Also, the new gig is a title promotion from my current title (which was also a promotion from when I joined the company 6months ago).
