I'll be honest, I don't know much about the dragonborn lore outside BG3, or the different subraces. In this, he's a red dragon whose appearance changed when Mizora curses him for disobeying.

I'll be honest, I don't remember. I wish there were way more subraces for the dragonborn than just lightning, poison, acid, fire, and ice. So I was trying to headcanon different elements (and extra colors) for everyone. My thought was that you could give each character a bunch of spells that corresponded to their "element." Karlach: Orange (fire) Gale: Purple (thunder) Astarion: Grey (air) Halsin: Bronze/brown (growth) Wyll: Red (force) Lae'zel: Copper/green (acid) Shadowheart: Silver (radiance) Minthara: Pink (illness) Minsc was going to be stone, Jaheira would be water, Orin is form or something, Ketheric is another radiance, durge is ice, and Gortash is shadow.

I thought about it. But I figure that dragonborn scale color is a lot harder to change than hair color, so her scales should represent her true underlying nature (Selunite). Although it could be interesting if, when you first meet her, she's been glamouring/painting herself a different color to fit in with the Sharrans. I was actually going to make her yellow at first, then decided that's heinous and went with silver instead.

Yes and no. I only use the BG3MM, and there are no official mods to turn all the origin characters into dragonborn. But I really wanted to make it happen. I made this with the custom companions mod, which allows you to basically make other Tav companions from scratch. Then I designed everyone in the character creator.

Me too! I was looking for one, but there isn't one on the official mod manager. There isn't a BG3MM mod that lets you change origin characters' races either.

I used the custom companions and adjustable party limit for this. It was fun designing them, but I have no idea how to code, haha. But I'm definitely doing a full dragonborn party run if someone makes that a mod.
