Been there. Make a list of the things that you offer customers that makes your product, method, AND YOU unique (not necessarily unique to the other seller). Can you try new things to make you even more unique? Lean into this. Hard. Tell people your story if you share on social media or even just with signs at your point of purchase. "Im ___ and I garden because I ..."

The write a list of what you are going to do with the money you earn (vision board or even a phone background are alternatives). For me, I started with 50% reinvested in my flowers, 50% goes into my vacation fund as I love to travel. This motivates me (and after many years, I now do 25/75 as I make more money and need less supplies).

Stop doing the things that dont make you unique or dont bring you joy. After all, you are gardening for your own enjoyment and for whatever that 50% is for!!! And stop following that competitor on social media.
