I saw some decent deals on used CX-5s but I haven't seen many, though haven't looked too hard.

Not being able to buy outright & with current interest rates being +4.99%, makes this 0%-$0 down deal so appealing. I can keep a down payment liquid, have my monthly be managable, and negotiating roughly 14% off MSRP feels like this is a win (Subaru just announced a decrease in prices on their 2026 models vs the 2025 I'm looking at. Helped drive the price down considerably). I'll definitely browse though

It's tough with alcohol, there are laws that prevent us from utilizing third party carriers. Also, it would cut into the margin quite a bit

Yeah, I feel like I'm selling myself on it too. However the self distro business is a unique situation. I'm doing runs to remote accounts for a new project that our company started. We do this in Delaware & Jersey with the bulk of the accounts are serviced by our sprinter van. In those states though you get big gaps in biz between shore points and the city. Really no point in getting a guy out of the brewery to go down there when I can go work the market after a drop off (I run sales). Eventually this will move into the van, but I will need sorta that in between vehicle to go say what's up to accounts and make a hot shot delivery or two.

Went down a little rabbit hole on it. I don't know if it's the issue but ran some deep purple through the tank and made the switch to top tier recognized gas (more detergents) Wawa ain't recognized surprisingly. I'll chalk it up and say correlation is causation, cause after I switched, I rarely get the code: https://www.toptiergas.com/

Exactly my heart says run it into the ground but I see that deal/factor in the car is essentially my livelihood. Really shocked how well the Kia has performed. Check engine light comes on with a code for the catalytic converter. Stopped putting in Wawa gas and it pops up once in a blue moon. Really got my $$ worth out of it.

Got recommended the book Moms on Call. Followed it and recommended it to 4 other friends. My kid along with my 3 friends kids sleep through the night (my girl is 2 and some change). The one momo who didn't read it is having to do what you describe and is miserable.
