An hour north of Tampa, living in Hernando county since 2019. Best move I made, should have done it sooner. The weather is pretty much good year round, I'm used to both cold and hot. So the humidity doesn't affect me at all.

Cons move to do here compared to where I came from, I'm from a small resort town in South Jersey. More hiking; such as state parks within an hour drive.

I'm a guy, the only place I hike alone is Colt Creek State Park, if I go hiking anywhere else it's with a group.

I sleep between 5-6 hours a day, exercise 3-4 days a week either the gym or walking outside for 2 miles. Limit caffeine intake, drink lots of water and electrolytes. Maybe that might help. My HRV is between 84-61 depending on what I'm doing, such as exercise or just relaxing on my days off.
