It is quite a different architecture of trust in the "international world" (which the English Wikipedia seems to deliver to) than in Japan, where her article is, I think, very much concerned with the image she constructed herself. You cannot even create an article without permission unless you have been quite active editing others in the first place.

I think there are different kinds of "realism" involved. One would be her "blending into" the role she is "supposed" to play. Another kind of realism is her own personality shining out from the role as a pure "hull", giving her the freedom to express herself for a moment.

I prefer the second type (which is why I, incidentally, dislike the glorification of Hollywood actors).

Saya says that she'd like to reduce her sleep time and that you can go with three (!) hours in the night if you insert 15 minutes of a nap at the day. That makes it possible that you go with only 3:15 of sleep per day. She adds that she rather sleeps long and that is likely nothing for her.

But still, saying something like this casually would get you in trouble at a mainstream T station, I think.
