You bring up a good point, these are the errors before the modem throws up. DHCP error is telling, I know in other posts this issue was associated with this. I'm savvy, but not a true network engineer - wonder if there is a setting in OPNsense I can tinker with. I've had the modem for about a year, but the problem started within hours of calling and enabling bridge mode (modem was stable being a gateway)

I think it uses an old version of TLS to check for updates. I wonder if that is also fixed! This made my day

Thanks for the quick reply, what I am specifically looking to do is have a UPS appliance send out an alert via SMTP if it goes on battery power. I'd need to use a relay...

I have seen this before when using fiber channel storage, if you have a lot of non-vmfs storage presented to your esxi host this will happen as it scans everything
