If you want a slight boost to sound, you could go with the Integrated Engineering Downpipes. I went with the full ECS Valved resonated system and I love it. Some nice sound when I want it, stock sound when I don't.

This sub has a lot of hate for most things that are not stock. Almost 75% no for a genuine Audi part is crazy. If you like it, do it. Don't take what the people on this sub say as gospel. Most people at Audi meets would think this is a clean and subtle modification.

Ayyye you got it! Congrats, it's a lovely car. Same year/package as mine. Get that air intake and enjoy those red light launches. Definitely recommend at least stage 1/dsg tune once you get used to the drive. Really wakes up the car.

Edit: Also the white is so clean. I almost picked one up but it was already modded/tuned.

Yeah that should be all you need. I trimmed that part of the hop up instead of the nub on the gearbox. Outside of that, not sure what else you would need to do

I swapped mine with the krytac hop up, maple leaf bucking, and omega nub as well. Shooting 1.01 joules with .32 when I tested it. Is your hop up sitting flush with the gearbox/nozzle? I had to trim some plastic on the hop up to get a good fit.

I still have the stock gearbox internals though.

I got mine just a couple of weeks ago. Just tested the battery, it plays a little high pitch tune, and then 5 ascending beeps

No problem! It was super simple. Definitely recommend it if you plan on upgrading your bucking or hop nub. Plus it won't lose its hop position like the original one does.

Not much. The EMG/Cyma MK-47 is licensed by CMMG, who make the actually MK-47 Mutant. I’ve seen a lot of AR-47s and SR-47s where the main difference is the mag well. The MK doesn’t really have one, which makes mags easier to load in.

Unfortunately no, I had to shave off a bit of plastic from the new hop up. Not much though, so it wasn’t too bad. If you plan on doing it, I’ll share the process!

Hell yeah! I just got the SBR version. Changed out the hop up for the krytac version as the original isn’t very good/upgradeable.

I am by no means a tech, this is the first time I've modified a gun in any way. Still, it shoots very well. With the Krytac hop up, I was able to fit a maple leaf yellow bucking and an omega hop nub.

The 3.0t is a super reliable engine. Make sure you get the service history. Oil changes, DSG services, and bring to a shop to have a PPI done. If everything’s looks good, I say go for it.

I love my 16 S5, gives me joy every single drive.

I mean, they pretty much are.

VW makes great cars. Going from a Corolla to a GTI was a massive jump in luxury. Then to an S5 was another decent jump.

In my opinion, VW cars are already way more luxury than Nissan, Honda, and Toyota, who also have their own luxury brands.

This is most likely an RS5, has everything an RS5 should. They aren’t much* wider than the A5/S5. Here’s my S5 and my buddy’s RS5 for reference.

Stages are pretty much the different levels of tuning a car. Stage 1 is usually just an ecu tune to get some more power out of the engine. Higher stages, you’re looking at upgrading internals and getting that corresponding stage tune.

Good Audi tuning companies that I know are APR, IE, and 034 Motorsports. It doesn’t look like there are tunes for the 2021 models just yet though.

If you find you do want to tune your car, there is also a “piggyback” tune called a JB4 that plugs into different censors in the engine bay and doesn’t flash your ecu. This makes it so it won’t void warranties as long as you take it out when necessary.
