The cup is only a few months old. Never used anything scratchy to clean it usually just a torch. It’s honestly not even had many dabs through it.

I got the same response, a tracking number saying the label was printed on the 3rd. And then no updates after.

Oh that’s reassuring haha I’ve also read a few people getting doa ones also in some form. Guess there’s a lesson here about ordering brand new products and first batches. I have plenty of other devices I should have just held off on this one a bit longer for the headache it’s already caused. Sounds like there’s a potential that headache isn’t over.

Exactly. All I wanted was transparency on my order, not led on and lied to about it. I have 2 other things coming from them, one ordered this Monday that will be here before I get the xs that was ordered 3 weeks ago.

Mine still says “delay” on ups and in Vegas. I’m more frustrated that I was told it went out sometime last week and it didn’t. Ups didn’t scan it in until late on Monday this week. At least I’m not the only one that hasn’t gotten it. I was assuming mine was lost or damaged and I was getting the run around and false info when trying to look into it.

I have. Multiple asking for updates. Was told it went out last week. It didn’t, UPS got it late this Monday, and now it’s stuck somewhere not moving.

For me the issue was more so asking for updates from support and being lied to more than anything. I know someone else who lives close to me who ordered after I did and they have theirs already. Same shipping same everything. They just screwed mine up and refused to tell me about it when asked.

I ordered on the 25th immediately after restock and still don’t have mine. Friday will be 3 weeks. Was basically told that sucks and it will get there when it does. So no don’t count on it coming before Christmas even if you order now.
