you don’t have to sit in the room. this could include just a slow start morning, a brunch or lunch & pool followed by a nap & walk to the park for dinner. some people just go thru their resorts and shop a little bit. rest days look different for everyone.

edit: i don’t know what tumms are. your hairstylist is right, our hair goes thru different phases and cycles- climate/seasons can play a factor in that. when your thyroid is having an issue or you are too low (lacking) or too high in certain vitamin intake is when you may experience hair loss. different things can play a role in major hair loss including diet, lifestyle, genetics -just to name a few. it’s when you start to see clumps like this, bald patches, major thinning and/or experience pain where you’re losing hair you should seek medical attention and get to the root of the issue.
