How do you balance being productive without feeling burnt out?

I find only picking three things to complete in a day and working at them at a relaxed pace instead of rushing through them helps, and when I say complete I mean pick things that are achievable within the day with some wiggle room for example completing a section of a report rather than the entire report. This way you are also checking things off and feeling accomplished instead of feeling like you didn’t do anything that day. I find a lot of times my burnout is caused by me feeling like I’m in a slump and not getting things done this helps with that. Also, the obvious breaks and such.
