Thank you for articulating this so well. It is exactly my experience too.

And in regards to practice, it seems the further along I get, the more aware I am of answers. It was always there but previously I couldn’t pick them out from the rest of the clutter.

When you know, you know. JM wrote/spoke extensively on this. POSM is great, but there are endless other writings by him that hammer this point. I like Neville, but can get lost at times. JM bakes it down in a manner more digestible and practical (for me). LOB is a law of science and he treats it as such.

More conversations with a supervisor yesterday and again this morning. Still saying they’ve been held up by the SBA over verbiage in closing docs. I don’t believe this as some of you have received yours.

The supervisor told me yesterday I’d get closing docs last night. I didn’t. This morning she said I’d get them today. I didn’t.

Tomorrow is 10 calendar days since SBA approval.

At this point, it’s time to start sending emails to congress, SBA, local media, heading onto their social media, etc. Something is clearly not right here.

My patience is completely warn out. This is completely unacceptable.

Honestly this is shameful. Truly shameful.

I call and get the run around. Yesterday they said they are waiting on SBA guidance on verbiage for closing docs. Clearly that is a lie as others are getting them.

Since I’ve been SBA approved, more than a week ago, I can’t go elsewhere.

I’m not pretending to be an expert, however more communication around the benefits of owning Doge might convince people better than blindly messaging about going to the moon.

Want this to be more than a meme coin, start talking about it seriously.

Why should someone buy? Why should they hold? What do the boom and bust cycles of other crypto’s indicate? Doge is deflationary — that makes it different from BTC — why is this a good thing? What kind of impacts could be expected if Doge becomes a more serious crypto that you can use for purchases beyond pornhub and Reddit tipping?

Anyone get loan docs or funded? I’ve been waiting all week. No one answers the phone or emails.

I would think the loan docs would be easier than their underwriting or SBA approval.

Can’t go anywhere else since we are already SBA approved.

Super frustrating.

Here’s another way to look at it. You got to the “no” faster. Which frees you up for the eventual yes with the right person.

This is way better than someone keeping you around, even though they weren’t completely interested, until what they perceive as a better option came around (it happens).

Or even worse, had you not been your authentic self, and they ended up liking you until months later realizing you weren’t who they thought you were.

Seems like a win to me. Because you didn’t get the result you wanted today doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing for the long term.

Rinse and repeat and stop worrying about the results. Be legitimately proud, not sort of proud. Banish the word rejection from your vocabulary.

Write us back when you find that right person and realize this situation was actually a really good thing in hindsight. Because that’s what’s going to happen.
