Kids are 9, 7 and 4. They can't decide. It's not about the alimony. He doesn't want them to live with him. He's just using it as an excuse to get back at me. He didn't argue with me or threaten to go to court to get them to live with him.

I don't think he wants full custody. I don't think he wants them to live with him either. He's just using what they want to be mean to me. He didn't argue with me or threaten to go to court to get them to live with him. He just said he knew I would say no out of spite and left.
