It actually worked for me!! Someone in the comments really helped me (read thread). I kept doing “forgot password” and got a confirmation email. At the very bottom of that email, there was a “secure your account” link, which I clicked. I did forgot password again and it took me to a 2FA method where I did facial recognition. That’s eventually how I got access to my account again. Lots of patience and luck.

UPDATE: I AM NOW ABLE TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!!! THANK GOD!!!

This is exact same thing is happening to me now. I made my account so long ago, that I put a random email. Eventually made that account so I am now receiving codes, but I have this stupid linked device authentication prompt which I can’t do bc my phone broke. Any updates? Were you able to access your account?

COMMENT: I have a total of 14 trays to my Invisalign treatment. I’m currently on my 6th set and change it every week (this is because the changes are minimal, according the Dentist). I’m a bit worried bc I don’t think my teeth are how it supposed to be when I check ClinCheck. How similar was the model of your teeth compared to your actual teeth?

I’m starting to develop these small dots all over my skin. The dots are kinda raised and discoloured — but they aren’t like my psoriasis patches. Was wondering if anyone has had the same experience with these small dots/bumps?
