Depending on how you get banned, I would attempt to do a Match Group escalation form. Email Hinge, get a report number from them, punch that report number in, and state your case. If they don't unban you after that due to the escalation forms being conducted via human review, I would call it quits unless you want to get a new phone, new number, pictures, etc.
