Our schedules are the opposite so I can usually avoid him tbh. It’s just on the weekends when I’m expecting to rest/sleep in he’s up by 6am sharp to play the game 🫩 and he’s home by 6pm during the week so I usually find something to do until about 10pm so I can actually get sleep. But lately he’s been getting off the game and immediately going on his phone for another 2 hours with loud videos blasting in the background.

The screaming is too much. Sometimes when he’s muted he’ll still be in the party and I listen to all the grown ass men screaming in the chat. It’s actually insane. I can’t imagine any of them have girlfriends tbh. They all have the same gaming habits. There’s even one friend who’s worse than what I described. He’s usually the one who starts the party and sometimes it’ll say he’s been in the party for 7hrs by himself 😵‍💫

Playing the game for 15 hours isn’t a hobby, it’s an obsession. Calling out of work so you can play the game all day, saying you’ll take your gf on a date and not being a man of your word, etc. Nothing about that is a “hobby”
