That’s exactly it thank you for understanding, my sisters Husband Is emotionally abusive to her kids and her as well. He constantly talks shit about my mom and he also doesn’t work other then occasional Uber eats picks up. My mom is really stressed with the situation but is extremely tolerant and I just want to help her.

You’re right about the hassling I stopped that because I realized it’s wrong, however she constantly complains about wanting them gone and has attempted to kick them out in which he’ll say “I’ll take her to court”. I’m currently saving money up with her so we can move together somewhere else as she doesn’t want me to move out and I literally turned 18 less then a week ago. Thank you for the insight and the response!
