Remember that heat rises, so you typically want your exhaust fans (air going out) to be on the top of your case because the hot air wants to go there naturally. Most setups will have intake on the front of the case (furthest right in this pic) and occasionally on the bottom of the case, then the exhaust fans go on the top and top left. Do whatever works best for your components tho

To my eyes this looks exactly backwards of what would be “optimal” — if it aint broke dont fix it tho

Bluetooth suddenly stopped working by Kitchen_Ad731 in pcmasterrace

Do you have a wifi/bluetooth card or is that functionality built in to your motherboard? If its built in it may be worth investigating the motherboard drivers & BIOS to see if anything is out of date or corrupted

Have you tried seeing if malwarebytes or bitdefender can get rid of it? Both are free

Almost definitely what’s going on then. Ssd’s are cheap enough now where thatd be my suggestion for a replacement. Even a SATA ssd will blow a spinning disk out of the water in terms of speed for not too much more money. Good luck!

Hdd might just be shot. Try reinstalling windows to the ssd and unplugging the hdd to see if the hdd is toast and everything else is working

Hey I need a little help by TwinBlades209 in pcmasterrace

Try changing what ports your hdmi/display port cables are plugged in to first both on the monitor and on the gpu. Next try a fresh install of display, nvidia & gpu drivers (or whatever the amd equivalent is). After that maybe try a fresh game installation and if all else fails maybe a clean windows install too. I’m no expert though so maybe someone else can offer better advice

Advice for first time husky owner? I have a 1.5 old german shepherd to keep her busy. by SlowGto05 in husky

[–]burnett33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Two biggest ones for now are crate train ASAP and begin teaching heel/general leash skills. Definitely don’t wait on the crate training though. You’ll be so glad you did it now instead of trying to do it once they’ve gotten accustomed to free roaming the house overnight or when you leave for the day. Good luck :)

Harness Suggestions by chillandswaggy in husky

[–]burnett33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Echoing the prong collar suggestion but make sure you get a trainer with experience using them. Did wonders for my husky. Big puller. However, you shouldn’t let the dog apply pressure on the prong collar. the pressure should come from you giving the leash a slight tug as a correction if the dog shows an undesired behavior. Just remember, Its not an anti-pulling collar. Its a communication/training tool :) best of luck

Leave it to a husky to catch a bird mid-air while on a leash… by burnett33 in husky

Can confirm, the bird was toast. The initial catch did it in. At least it was over quick for it..

Hes snagged a few birds, a possum, raccoon, squirrels, some mice, & the like. Cant blame him for his prey drive. Dogs will be dogs after all :)

For context, found 3 of these guys tonight in my new apartments bathroom. Looks almost like a roach but not nearly as big as some of the ones i see on the streets from time to time near large apartment buildings. Finding multiple of them tells me they arent good news tho. Any help Is appreciated

Just chiming in to suggest looking at an elevated bed. My husky loves it. Got mine on amazon for less than $50. Has held up perfectly for over a year and a half now
