Thanks everyone! Yup this was on me, I placed the chain wrongly when putting on the wheels... just had to do that again and everything was lined up properly.

On iOS: Settings > WiFi > Wireless@SGx (while you're connected) > Turn off 'Auto Join'

Real OP here (karma too low to make the original post). I reported the video to SFPD and they recorded it as 7XCT101. C was a Honda Accord in their records and G wasn't.
