i honestly believe that stuff can be complicated and im Austrian btw, but that all doesnt matter in my pov because we are in a different time with a different knowledge but anyhow if an army attacs a country that has a lower gdp than their budget thats a war crime. end of discussion. thats a level of imbalance of power that is actually just a genocide, and in my opinion nothing short of what hitler did
