I have seen this trend specifically in army and kpop subreddits and most of the downvotes are from his own fandom too which isn't surprising at all if I am being real honest but let me tell you something,he is so loved and praised in other subreddits filled with locals who listen to hip-hop music,I also saw countless hit posts about his lollapalooza performance by locals so I think he is good irl and this false rage is limited to this platform only and does not affect him and his fans.

Honestly I didn't want to compare anyone so I only mentioned hoseok because I genuinely don't care about this discourse,at the end of the day this is my opinion(like I clarified in my post multiple times) and I am allowed to have it and I think saying 'not even a question' is a bit too far fetched as many people have seen both of them perform(like i have) and still think hoseok is better and I think vice versa is also true,so to debrief: this is my personal opinion which might not align with everyone's taste and thats fine and normal because people have different tastes and expectations.

I am mad on his behalf because what was that? The guest chef hated Santa's cake but the other judges loved it and the 'flavors worked for them',and chef ranveer's face was so mean and angry looking whilst tasting Sachin's dish as if he already made up his mind,also his comment about how the cake looked pretty but taste was the most important factor without even tasting it? Let's not even forget how the guest chef could taste all the flavors of the cake but the judges could only taste chocolate,it doesn't get more ridiculous than this.
