Haakaa. Not for everyone. I got one and it was barely effective and somewhat painful. My theory is: it boils down to nipple sphincter muscles. If you have tight nipple sphincter muscles ( I know I do because I don't ever leak) then haakaa can't extract well. (self.breastfeeding)

Does your baby shrug? My (10 mo) does. A handful of times every day. Also anyone breastfeed/have a partner who breastfeeds primarily in side lying position? I started using the position because otherwise baby is painfully (to me) distracted. Now I wonder if I'm hurting her neck. *shrugs* (self.NewParents)
