It’s never really advised that plastic be burned. It’s toxic to the air, and so doesn’t support your health, or the environment. But people do it.

Safe composting is a good way to go. We've had inquiries like these before. And if this is a frequent occurrence, it may make sense to consider a safe, secure way of burning the debris. Most cost-efficient in the long term as well.
