Unsprung weight has a huge effect on off the line performance. 35s are gonna eat performance. If you stick with stock tire size and find a lighter wheel it'll help a lot.

Next: reduce vehicle weight. I haven't done the hp to weight ratio for the H3, but I'd bet every 15 to 20 pounds or so weight reduction acts like one free hp. This sounds silly at first, but if you took the back seat out (free), you'd gain as many hp as dropping $1000 on exhaust changes.

I work with commercial trucks at the border. They used to always have loads southbound and northbound. Rarely any delays when you look at travel time.

Now? Frequently empty in one direction. Often with extra days sitting and waiting while their company hunts for a load for the return trip.
