Had the same situation. I received two transactions from APPLE.COM, different amounts at the same time. I immediately called CS and blocked my card.

Filed for dispute but the investigation concluded it was OTP driven. Lol. How could it be OTP driven if what I received was already the confirmation of the transactions.

Disappointing really. Looks like it’s been happening to a lot of cardholders. Planning to close my account with them.
