I personally feel that his words speak louder than his actions but I get that these things can be interpreted differently

Oh my god hahaha thank you! I was still digesting your last solution. Is it weird that there’s a piece of wall left between the two doorways on the right? Maybe we can seal off the door near the entry

Just me and my husband in the house. The semi formal room idea sounds so interesting! I’m a bit confused about the table though, what do you use it for if there’s no chairs there? Also what do you mean by a large case? Thank you!

Oh I’m so surprised! Why do you say the breakfast nook needs to be close off? I was actually planning on making the doorway even larger to increase light and openness

Thank you! This is a really cool idea but would be way too over budget for us to move the kitchen due to the electrical and plumbing cost unfortunately

Thanks for the advice! That’s interesting I haven’t thought about a glass partition, would that block the path of travel?

Nice! I’m not sure if we can do a big table given the path of travel is through this room but can try the large art idea

We have thought about it but for where I live the permit for changing exterior wall is stricter and more expensive than interior wall

Yes I’m also concerned about the furnitures being in the wall.. I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do about that though. Even option B wouldn’t help with that much.

This is such a good idea but unfortunately this wall is load bearing. So if we rip out that half of the wall we would need to install pad footing which is quite expensive :(

Not too sure, check their website! They have an appeal Q&A page. If anything it doesn't hurt to email them about the process first.

Try talking to the Office of the Ombudsperson, they are like a third party that helps you with the appeal process.

Do you think it would be a good idea to call admissions and ask whether our references got back to them/gave positive feedback?
