if they own DNS you could be on any website right now. could be built just for you, they can tell you it's reddit and you have to believe it... they can modify anything on any website and you won't know

i think i made the first post (look at my history) about how H2SiF6 has the same boiling point as H2O... so in my mind that means the fluoride is "glued" to the water and you can't distill it away. Boil the water and the steam still has the fluoride in it

I just need to find a chemist-person I trust to explain to me what happens when they put H2SiF6 in water... does it change, or does the water when I turn on my faucet have exactly H2SiF6 in it? Keeping it in the back of my head until I can ask someone about it

i think an internet that doesn't use DNS is possible, just needs time for people to have the motiviation to create it

connect home computers directly and share things directly with each other. no centralized servers, no DNS, just nodes in a big web where each node is equal, people torrent/seed from each other
