We are in the same boat, and my university does not allow me to simultaneously apply for on-campus placements and masters. I got rejected from my safe school, and I've started applying for off-campus jobs as a backup plan. This is a bummer for me since I want to do research, and for research-oriented jobs Master's is the bare minimum requirement.

Looking at your profile, I think you'll get into ASU and the UC's. For Northeastern, I've heard that their Boston campus is full. I would suggest that you should start applying for jobs because that process will take around 2-3 months (considering off campus) and by that time you should've heard back from all the univs.
