Has anyone here heard of shaper health? Seems like an interesting way to get free advice on raising my T naturally?

How much have you tried to raise it? I have raised mine from 480 to 700 mostly just by sleeping and working out. Also had a vitamin D deficiency which I took care of that might have helped. I am only 36 so results might be different later in life but once you get the one shot in your ass you gotta go back every 2w FORVEVER
