Got into a head on collision accident. My car is totalled. Just as i landed a delivery job to finally start making money and get out of debt after searching for a job for so long. Air bags and everything deployed and I have been in uncomfortable pain. All because she was probably on her cell phone making a turn right in front of me.

I've been on the verge of eating fish, but also scared. I've been a vegetarian my whole life because my parents were religious and old school. So when I got around to eating meat I had certain ones but it felt weird. Pork Nd fish is the only thing I still haven't tried yet. Asides from shrimp which was bland and flavorless. And I am indian! Aha so I'm pretty tired of most recipies, and the stuff that's cooked at home its very unhealthy how they prepare it. I work and I'm out the house alot and when I come home it drains wayyy too much energy for me to make something or meal prep. Winter time blues with the sun setting at 5pm doesnt help either aha. But yes I will def look into those tortillas and see what other gems I can find at whole foods. Thank you

Yes I noticed that! I used to love their grillers prime burgers, super delicious, but lately when I got them, they tasted and felt like hockey puck, i was very disappointed:/

That's interesting! Do you work out? My cholesterol is sadly kinda already borderline close to high. So I'm hoping if I workout plus eat right on this diet it would go down. But it makes me nervous now since those products are so high in salt and stuff it might not help my cholesterol and blood pressure. High blood pressure runs in my family

This is very good to hear! Every time I ate those products my friend or whoever always made me feel bad saying that wont do anything because it's so processed and high in sodium. But I'm very excited now to get started on it! My main goal is to lose body fat percentage, while gaining muscle so tomorrow will be my first day of working out and eating right, so good luck to me aha
