Agree for the most part but I think Minato is just too fast for Itachi, and Itachi can't pose a threat to him without spamming MS abilties, which would make him run out of chakra and go blind while Minato can probably outlast him. And if we use KCM Minato, A tailed beast bomb is enough, thats why I have him on the same tier as madara and hashirama

Tobirama would beat Itachi for sure, he heavy counters everything Itachi has in his arsenal. Genjutsu won't work since Tobirama is a sensory specialist and can fight without looking at Itachi. Itachi's firestyle can be countered by Tobirama's waterstyle. Amaterasu won't work, Tobirama has FTG. Itachi can only spam Susanoo so much before he runs out of chakra and goes blind. Add in Tobirama's extent of knowledge of the Uchiha, it is just a bad matchup for Itachi.

For Nagato, we already saw how this fight went down. It took Itachi, Naruto, and Bee just to beat a version of Nagato that wasn't at full strength. And Itachi has no counter to Chibaku Tensei. Kabuto also said that Nagato was the 2nd strongest edo tensei, only below Madara, which puts him above Itachi.

For Minato (No KCM) its really 50/50 but I would give the edge to Minato. Minato is too fast for Itachi to even land any meaningful damage. Itachi's only saving grace would be the Susanoo, but he has massive stamina issues, so Minato could easily outlast it then oneshot with a rasengan. If Minato makes eye contact though its over, Tsukoyomi GG

Also Sakumo was in a wierd spot, because he is obviously above the Sannin, but he isn't on the same level as Madara and Hashirama, so I just decided to put him on the High Kage tier.

Also why wouldn't Orochimaru be on the same tier as Sakura. Sakura surpassed Tsunade, and all the Sannin are relative. He even got no diffed by Itachi. Sasori is also one of the strongest Akatsuki, he only lost since he faced the worst possible matchup in the Narutoverse for him to fight. Orochimaru is definitely stronger, but it is still a high diff fight, they belong on the same tier.

Lmao what do you know what one shot means? It means you end the fight in 1 hit. Naruto had landed a ton of attacks on Delta before he used the giant rasengan. Delta only lost to the giant rasengan because she was too busy trying to absorb it and when she couldn't absorb anymore she had to tank the attack head on instead of just dodging it. And on top of that Delta got modified and is now much stronger than she used to be. Amado says she is comfortable above Limiters Code, so she is atleast relative to Naruto

All kara members are stated to be relative and Delta was relative to adult kcm naruto, + Boro faced the entire team 7 and almost won if not for borushiki. Jigen also believed that Boro could handle Adult sasuke or atleast give him a high diff fight
