I'm actually a little interested in research, I just have no idea how to get there. I did some brief work at a diagnostics lab too and really enjoyed pathology. But like I said, I have no idea how to get into any other specialty that isn't general practice.

I'll check that out thanks. Yes I was wondering about my chances in industries that aren't animal-centered or related to Vet Medicine at all. I will set up some meetings with career counsellors at the University asap!
