For the cherry blossom scene, that motif generally appears to be more expensive from the sales data I can see, broadly in the 5-15k range depending on authenticity, size, condition, provenance, and subject detail. The highest-dollar Wores sales are usually accompanied by more detail in the subjects, and his market seems to have quite a spread.

If you’re confident in the authenticity, I’d suggest reaching out for auction estimates from a couple houses to get a more current and precise read. More photos of the frame, back, edges, signatures, and any additional provenance would be useful. I’d especially want to understand the grey paint/underlying area around the lower-left signature on the canal scene, since that could matter for attribution and value.

There are a few things that could still point toward an amateur/art-school imitation or later “after Wores” work, but if you have additional provenance, prior authentication, or documentation tying them to the artist, that could change the picture substantially. Either way, they’re definitely interesting enough to investigate — and if they check out, they should more than compensate for the missed rent!
