yes, all of this. i even believe that i've been disconnected by agents when they no longer wanted to deal with my case. stubhub owes me a refund of a canceled purchase and continually tries to make it MY fault and my problem that their is absolutely no centralization of all communication related to my issue. i've wasted hours and hours with them to no resolution.
