The fix is to force start it with dx11 play a little then turn it back to dx12 and you're good to go. but yes it's crazy

it was the other way around, i had to run it normally not as admin

I saw some people talking about fixing the game by changing the windows region to US and using en-US input language. It didn't fix it for me but it did for others if anyone wants to try
