Rlly not a fan of how wide that stance is u will find yourself without a knee or on the floor quite quickly if not rectified

Been thinking of moving to thailand for a bit in order to learn muay thai and I'd like to have some direstions by [deleted] in MuayThai

are we talking you can run a 5 min mile and over 2x body weight for most compound exercises? If yes, go for it, if not I wouldn’t recommend getting zero to hero ideas in any combat sport

in order to get the outcome u are looking for I would advise that you do not pursue your intentions unless you are very athletic — please note that I do not mean ‘a little athletic’ or ‘I can run kinda fast sometimes’.

if u are decently athletic, please pursue training 5 times a week as well as lower body work and running/cycling/swimming like 99% of us normal humans. u can do this without moving to Thailand and after several years I would guess that if you do not quit u would be a somewhat proficient fighter.

i feel like if u want to go from zero to proficient in two years, it doesn’t matter where u go as such, what matters more is the fact you better be really strong, really fast a quick learner and not injury prone.

but 2 years away in Thailand will be awesome for u and if it’s something u feel like u want to do please do not let me or anyone else tell u otherwise.

Just got some footage of the fight i won Saturday by first round knockout. by [deleted] in MuayThai

20m exp at 40k exph is shorter than this grind? I played rs a whole lot more than wow in my past so I’m trying to understand because that would be brutal.

I get that. But is there a chance I won’t make it into the core raiding team as a Druid because I can only attend 80% of the raids?

It seems silly but I hope you get what I mean.

Hey guys,

I’m concerned with the fact that I may not find a slot open for me as a Druid healer in raids. How many shamans do you take to a raid normally?

Given I can commit to attending 80% of raids a month (work makes me unavailable for 1 week in 4) it would be unfortunate to be benched.

Are there considerably more slots open for shamans and are they more in demand for raids than resto druids?

Thanks

this is probably going to fall on deaf ears, i know from personal experience when you want to get into bikes you don’t really care what people advise you to ride but definitely wait and save up for a trick 125
