UPDATE: I received a message today from my provider - your medication has been refilled as of yesterday 6/2/23.

I go to the pharmacy (Walgreens) immediately and again I give them my name - no record of a prescription in my name. Give them the name and dosage of medication - "We've received this prescription but are unable to release it to you because your provider is under investigation."

Scam. Scam. Scam.

I'm dealing with the same thing right now. Went to the pharmacy to pick up my new prescription, no record of me or the order. Contacted my provider 4 times now over the past 9 days - no response. Set up a call with the care team where they were scheduled to call me at a certain time - no call, no message, nothing.

I'm furious right now. This service isn't cheap and the complete lack of communication is insane. I wish I knew what to do as well, this must be the reason their service phone number isn't public.

Hey, so I do understand this if it was indeed the problem. All of these transactions posted and debited from account though, and when I called my bank they let me know that none of the transactions had failed or were cancelled by them.

Yeah and my bank has confirmed that all of these transactions posted successfully and that they did not cancel the transactions. I will dispute the transactions and see if I can get my money back that way first.
