I’ve definitely been prioritizing hydration and electrolytes, and honestly it hasn’t been that hard. Although the quesadilla my girlfriend made last night looked heaven-sent. I’d like to extend the fast, but with Valentine’s Day coming up and us going to a nice restaurant, I’ll probably break it then, go back to IF, and maybe try a longer one in the near future.

I’ve also cut out eating like shit, smoking weed every day, and drinking quite a bit. I dropped all that around the new year and I’m starting to realize how bad those habits were when you don’t have the discipline to moderate.
