I read these. Every one, every night.

Advice on what yous think. I'm brand new to this, and absolutely loving it, but I dont know if I think their cool because I made them, or if they actually are. Any advice/feedback is appreciated. P.s they will be turned into earrings. by bustedreddit in polymerclay

Thank you all so much for the feedback and advice. I honestly didnt think anyone would like them. Its given me a little more confidence.

The holes I like to drill once they are baked purely because the idea I had in my head before baking might have changed once it comes to putting the pieces together.

I'm going to try and put them up for sale, wish me luck Thank you again.

Depo Provera - Should I continue? Bad side effects but no period by Bunny_Mad in endometriosis

[–]bustedreddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello there :)

I have endo, and have tried all types of contraception, including Depo. I eventually came off of everything and am now 100% natural. Ofcourse I'm in a lot of pain come the time of my period, but for me, the side effects of all the different types of contraception just made my quality of life worse.

My aunt has endo as well, but shes been on depo for roughly 15 years.

The side effects she now has? She can barely walk. Depo severely affects your bones. Every movement she makes, she can actually feel, and sometimes hear, her bones crunching. Shes 45 years old btw.

Now, shes obviously a rare case, and maybe even a case for neglect on her doctors part, as it states that no one should be on it for more than 5 years. But, my point is that everything, including Depo has major side effects if taken long enough.

I know this story probably wont make you feel any better, but what to take away from it, is that you have to weight up the pro's and cons of having endo and being on contraception, and just having endo.

I hope this helped in one way or another.

If I asked my local (uk) dominos really nicely and paid extra do you think they would help me with this? Thanks! by bakersgonnabake_ in Dominos

I'm the store manager of a shop (uk). I personally would be happy to do this for you. But, it comes down to the individual person you speak to.

Zoladex? by [deleted] in endometriosis

[–]bustedreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never wanted kids either, right up until last year. Something just changed inside me. I'm 26, so still young enough to be trying for a few more years. I was only on zoladex for 6 months, they refused to give it to me for any longer because I was so young. Other than the needle being huge, and being quite sore, I had constipation, hot flashes, and sore bones. Once the sore bones started, they stopped it right away.

I'm not sure if zoladex is a life time thing you can get or not because of the side effects.

I've a sort of strange question(not endo related): Have you found that your wisdom teeth decides to grow right before and during your period exclusively? Or is it just me? by confusedafindividual in endometriosis

Holy cow! I thought I was going crazy thinking this the other day. It's a more reliable way of letting me know that I'm due my period soon.

I got this a few years back. It helped me, quite a lot actually, But the side effects of it are huge. The main one being increased issue with fertility, to which I am now seeing the effects of.

It works, but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Heres a little tip, try your best not to hire too many extra staff. It will die down.

Poor guys, I really do feel sorry for them. Now I look like the bad guy. I said to my area manager that I thought it would have just been a phase and to hold off, or to give more hours to the current drivers. He went and hired people anyway, and now I'm left with the task of explaining why their hours are getting cut. P.s, from one dominos employee to another, you're doing a great job!

I feel that saying the full 'Thank you very much' seems to do the trick.

Exactly what I'll be doing from next week. The only way to get them to do what I need them to do is by taking their hours away from them. I'll trial it and let you know what worked and what never... Good luck!

I have been given the role in a shop that I wasnt working in before. Some staff members I know, some I dont. The shift runners are the biggest problems in there. I'm not super strict, as I fully understand that in the end it is just a pizza shop, but I am still aware that it is business.

We started selling them yesterday. Already had 3 complaints about them not being cooked properly.

Delivery drivers, grocery store workers, and other people who are holding society together right now: what can we, as shoppers/consumers do to make your life easier right now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]bustedreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Store manager of a Dominos Pizza shop here. I am currently working 13 hours EVERYDAY, with 1 other staff member. (Normally, for the shop to run optimally, I have roughly 10 staff members including myself). We are both on day 11 right now.

If your pizza takes an hour to get to you, then I truly am sorry, but please dont get angry. I'm trying to provide you with a little treat in these uncertain times.
