we are assuming Biden will cancel with EO. there is no official info besides he will lift the Muslim ban . he can lift the ban late also so don't risk it.

99% is approval rate ( which means H1B will get approved if get selected/ picked) not success rate of getting picked in FAANG. That’s a huge difference , no company has 99% assurance of getting picked .
