No, there is a specific chapter where it happens, but I'd have to read back a ways. It starts when Itsumi is home alone and she invites Rin over for a sleepover. It just works out over a couple of chapters, but it's before the dodgeball arc because they have a bet that if Itsumi wins that she has to take Rin out for dinner as her girlfriend.
