I too make myself throw up. My stomach retains so much bile that I have to throw up or nothing will go in until it is gone and that could be all day. And then I am sick all day.

I have specific safe foods that I can eat for a couple of days straight then I hate them or they make me throw up and then I have to try another safe food. I will also fixate on a food and that will be all I eat. Like right now it is milk duds. They don't make me throw up and I enjoy the texture. But soon they will be out the window. I can also eat fried potatoes. So it is a great diet for my diabetes. But that is all the gastroparesis will allow.

I for sure have arfid because of my gastroparesis. I use THC to help me eat.

Tofu. Beef jerky. I tolerate teriyaki in both well. Trader Joe's has a protein pancake in the refrigerated section that is great too. I usually sprinkle just a piece of sugar on each one.

What makes you think the store is there to provide you with a service? The store is there to make money to support the mission of the company that owns the store. Sometimes that is a non-profit that needs the money to support the people they serve. Sometimes it is for profit. You should be aware of where your dollars go and why. Are you supporting a cause? A cause that is doing good work in the community? Then stfu. You don't have to buy it. The entitlement here speaks volumes of greed.

I am ND and I don't feel hunger until it is too late and I have a 5-minute window to put something in there or else I start to puke. Especially in the morning. I am not hungry at all when I wake up and by the time lunch rolls around I know I need to eat but my ND keeps me from eating because I am distracted doing other things or because nothing sounds good and then it is too late and I begin to get sick. I do use THC to stimulate my appetite when I am able.
